ln the past year, 2Ol3, we decided that we wanted to downsize and quickly found a new home. This put us in a position that we needed to sell our existing house in the countryside between Alliston and Everett in relatively short order. We had consulted with Wayne in the past on a possible sale and thus he was the natural choice as our agent. With an excellent knowledge of the local market and specific considerations related to our property Wayne, and team partner Debbie, helped us set the right price resulting in a rapid sale. The way that our property was advertised was absolutely excellent with great photography and attractive brochure.
